OTRS On Sambar
The Open Ticket Request System (OTRS), distributed under the GNU General Public License (GPL), is now running on Win32 since version 1.0 RC2. I ported it and chose Sambar as webserver besides Apache. By now you additionally need MySQL and ActivePerl 5.6.1 Build 633 - all freely available.
A hopefully comprehensive installation How-To can be found on cvs.otrs.org, in the documentation on www.otrs.org or on robertkehl.de/otrs.
